I’m a First year student in
Bachelor in Hospitality Management at the International Hotel School VATEL
SWITZERLAND, and I am looking for a second year internship in F & B
Management for the period from December 2014 to May 2015.

Your Hotel, well known for the
quality of its service and perfect hospitality, particularly interested me and
I want to propose you my candidacy. Versatile and dynamic, I have first-hand
experience of service as evidenced by the CV
which I enclose with this letter. Fluent in English, I would, moreover,
be able to communicate and respond to the most demanding needs. Indeed, having
worked with my superiors such as butlers and Assistant director F & B, I
need to acquire the necessary know-how to optimize the benefits of a restaurant
by developing, in particular, its number of covers while respecting the
different ratios. My first goal is to acquire a full range of skills in terms
of management while being able to manage a team to ensure customers a nice
quality service. Recognizing the severity of the hierarchical hotel
environment, I am fully committed to my job, which ultimately turns out to be
more of a passion than a job.
